Families inquiring about the Adventure Club program frequently ask the following questions.

Q: How much does the Adventure Club cost?
A: The Adventure Club costs $8.10 for the After School Program, $11.45 for a Half Day (0 to 5 hours), and $23.40 for a Full Day (more than 5 hours).  Tuition costs have not increased since Fall 2009.


Q: What does the tuition cover?
A: Staff salaries, supplies, snacks, and field trip transportation costs


Q: What is the Adventure Club's average staff to child ratio?
A: 1 staff person for every 10 children.


Q: What are the hours of operation for the After School, Full Day, and Summer Programs? 
A: The After School Program runs from 3:00pm to 6:00pm, while the Full Day Program operates from 7:30am to 6:00pm.  The Summer Program runs from 7:00am to 6:00pm. 


Q: Where does the Adventure Club operate?
A: The After School Program is located at three elementary schools: Lena Whitmore Elementary, McDonald Elementary, and Russell Elementary.  Children from West Park Elementary are bussed to Russell Elementary.  Any children may attend as long as they have transporation to and from an Adventure Club site.  Most Full Days are held at McDonald Elementary.
