To enroll as a student in Moscow High School, please
Call the high school at 208-882-2591 to make an appointment with a counselor to register for classes at a time when a parent can accompany you.
To be admitted to MHS, you must present at the registration appointment
- a birth certificate
- current immunization records
- an educations guardianship (if applicable)
- a transcript or report cards
Each new student will be given the following forms to
complete, sign and return to the counselor:

- new student information sheet
- records request letter
- home language survey form
- athletic/activity transfer form
- student information card
- authorization for emergency medical treatment and proof of measles immunization form
- MHS attendance police and procedures form
- MHS minimum behavioral and attendance standards form
- MHS policies on cheating, parking and use of controlled substance
- MHS policy on anti-violence
- District policy on network and computers
Each new student will also receive for his/her information:
- a registration guide
- agenda book
- school calendar
- student insurance information
- substance abuse policy
- family education rights and privacy act information
- free and reduced lunch application and information
- notice to parents concerning student injuries
- district co-curricular/extra-curricular activities program
