7th Grade
As seventh graders, your first large event is The Eagle Trip. You will be observing wild Bald Eagles in their natural habitat feeding on landlocked kokanee salmon. You also might create a Children's Book, which implements mathematical lessons in a kid’s book, therefore making the project a Math/English assignment.
The key to surviving the first few weeks is maintaining your composure. Which means that you must stay calm and relaxed; which is truly quite difficult. If you are running then you are more likely to become late and/or confused. Another important thing to remember is your Agenda. It will resemble your planner that you most likely had in Elementary School. Have it with you at all times, and make sure to fully fill out your assignments in it. A copy of your class schedule in/or-with your agenda is often helpful to have.Here are a few helpful links:
