Welcome  to your MJHS Virtual Library
Come here often for links to excellent online databases, eBooks, and Web sites.

Join the fun next Wednesday right after school in the library. Send yourself digital pix (or bring photos to scan) to put in Wordle, Animoto, or Glogster. Or you can shoot video in the library or insert copyright free stock photos. Create a Voice Thread or stop action animation. Pizza and cookies and fun with friends. See you there!

Get ready to participate in the 2010 MJH Creative Book Show. Here's your chance to make something exactly the way you want on whatever subject you feel like using whichever materials you choose. Who could ask for a better opportunity to be creative and have a fun time! Click for your invitation and details.

Click on the Weather Station page to check what Moscow's weather looks like right now. Check out our seven-day forecast at the NOAA National Weather Service. Special thanks to 9th grade science teacher Jim LaFortune. His great enthusiasm, determination, and hard work helped bring the weather station to Moscow Junior High School.  Scroll down the Weather Station page to see Jim and crew setting up the station in the spring of 2009.

Remember that you can access our databases and eBooks 24/7 by going to Research Links.

Click on the Accelerated Reader link to see our most recently installed AR quizzes. You can also download the complete AR lists--sorted by author, title, or book level--of quizzes owned by Moscow Junior High School. Or click on BookFinder near the bottom of the AR page to see if we can purchase a quiz.

One of my favorite jobs at MJHS is helping students select books. If you would like a recommendation, let's go to the shelves and see what looks good today.

See you in the library,
