Purpose:   The Strategic Plan Steering Committee oversees the progress made towards goals, directs the coordinated implementation of the Plan, and makes quarterly and annual reports to the Board.

Meetings: The Strategic Plan Steering Committee meets on the second Wednesday of each month during the school year from 3:30 – 5 PM.

Membership:  Members include a member of the Board of Trustees, the Superintendent (Chair), the Director of Special Services and Human Resources, the Curriculum Director, building administrators, teachers, students, and patrons.

Reports To:  Superintendent and the Board of Trustees
