The purpose of the Moscow HS Stand Out Club is to organize and promote healthy activities which reinforce substance free lifestyles.  All students desiring to become members of the Stand Out Club must sign the Stand Out Club pledge to refrain from the use of tobacco, alcohol or any other intoxicants or illegal drugs.
