All motions must be recorded, and the voting results specified. The record is to include the names of those who make motions, those who second motions, and unless unanimous, the ayes, nays, and abstentions are to be recorded. [Idaho Code 74-205] If the Chair is in doubt, he/she shall ask for a roll call vote and each member's vote will be recorded in the minutes. The Chair may vote in all cases.
