1300.20 | Resolution of Complaint

At any time after STEP 2 of the Procedures as outlined in Appendix C that the complaint is resolved a memorandum of the agreed upon resolution shall be prepared by the Administrative Staff and distributed to the major participants and placed in the employee's personnel file. The memorandum shall set forth the specific actions or in-actions, if any, expected of the employee, complainant, or other parties. Should the complainant, employee, or other party determine that the terms of the agreement are not being met, that person may elect to re-initiate the procedures.
