There are two opportunities for comments and suggestions by visitors, near the beginning and again near the closing of each regular board meeting. Any person who wishes to comment on any matter pertaining to the District may do so at either of these two points on the agenda, provided the oral presentation does not exceed a reasonable time, as determined by the Board. Patrons may also speak to any agenda item when granted permission by the Chair when the item is open to discussion. Board discussion of the motion will follow comments, if any, from interested patrons. Any person who addresses the Board is required to give his/her name for identification and for inclusion in the minutes.
