The District will follow the most current Centers for Disease Control (CDC) “Universal Precautions for Prevention of Transmission of Human Immunodeficiency Virus, Hepatitis B Virus, and Other Blood Borne Pathogens in Health-care Settings.” This information will be made available to all district staff.
The District's nurse will be responsible for training staff in appropriate precautions.
