Procurement of goods and services shall be made pursuant to Idaho Code 67-2806. No formal bidding is required for goods or services less than twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000), however the Moscow School District will require a minimum of two (2) quotes or bids for estimated costs of ten-thousand dollars ($10,000) to twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) unless determined by the Board of Trustees to waive this requirement in the best interest of the District.
