3510.00 | Insurance - Risk Management

The Board shall provide insurance for District property and liability risk. The status of the insurance program shall be reviewed annually by the Superintendent or designee with specific reference to adequacy of coverage, placement of insurance, and services provided by insurance representatives, associates, or companies.

The Board will review the insurance program every three to five (3-5) years. The Superintendent or designee shall develop specifications for all forms of insurance and make recommendations to the Board.
