A student who has completed an approved treatment program and provides a recommendation from that treatment program that the student has successfully completed the program and is unlikely to use controlled substances in the future may apply for reinstatement of eligibility following a second violation. This application for reinstatement must be submitted in writing to the principal.
In the event of a third violation, any request for reinstatement must be submitted to the Superintendent. (1-26-10)
