The Moscow School District Board of Trustees upholds the provisions of Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 Federal Law, which reads in part: “No person in the United States shall, on the basis of sex, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits, or be subjected to discrimination under any education program or activity…” (The Sex Discrimination portion of this amendment is included as Appendix A to this policy section.)
