5151.04 | Exclusion of Students with Contagious or Infectious Diseases

[Idaho Code 33-512 (7)]

The Board of Trustees may exclude students from school:

  1. who have contagious or infectious diseases, or
  2. who are diagnosed or suspected as having a contagious or infectious disease, or
  3. who are those not immune and have been exposed to a contagious or infectious disease.
  4. The Board of Trustees may close school on order of the State Board of Health or local health authorities as a result of contagious or infectious diseases. (3-26-02)
