The following information will be maintained indefinitely in permanent education records of students who have graduated from Moscow High School or Paradise Creek Regional High School: (7-31-17):
- student's name
- date and place of birth
- residence address (and mailing address, if different)
- phone number
- names of parent(s)/guardian(s)
- unique student identification number
- entrance record
- grades, academic transcripts
- attendance summary
- educational assessment data
- disciplinary information
The cumulative record of each student is maintained at the school level. The principal, individual teachers and special education personnel may also have files containing specific education records. Upon the student's withdrawal or graduation from the District, student files will be transferred to the District Office for storage. (7-31-17)
The unique student identification number is a number issued and assigned by the State Department of Education to each student currently enrolled or who will be enrolled. The unique student identifier shall follow the student from each school or Local Education Agency (LEA) or upon return to a school district or LEA after an absence no matter the length of the absence.
