Basic Policy. To afford all students equal opportunity for attendance in the District, the Board shall provide transportation for public school students. The Board’s primary concern in providing transportation to students is the safety of students. The Board abides by all rules and regulations as required by State Board Policy, Idaho State Department of Education Transportation Manual and Federal regulations.
